Who we Are
My name is Vic Finnson. I have been in the water proofing business for 28 years.
I was on my first roof when I was just 6 years old, nailing down basesheet, and by 15 years old I was chasing leaks on all kinds of roofs.
Since 1976 I have been detecting and correcting water ingress problems and removing rot in residential, commercial, industrial and strata buildings.
With 30+ years experience, product specific training plus BCIT 's Inspector training, we are committed to staying abreast of building envelope trends and information.
Most of our work is done on relatively new buildings. I have contracted with Home Warranty programs to solve countless leak problems in a variety of structures, including stucco, wood, metal, vinyl, and concrete.
